Good morning Mr. Swarts. Thank you for the course notes. I enjoyed being there and participating; it is one of the most meaningful training courses on leadership that I have had in the RCIPS. I strongly wish that this type of training reaches upper management so that they can embrace the tenets of the triangle. Your delivery was lively, engaging and thought provoking. I do hope that staff eventually get an opportunity to have this training because I believe there is a leader in everyone just waiting to develop or mature.
